This blog is written by a former UF graduate who was a PCV in Zambia. While she was there, she contracted HIV; she was medically separated and is now living back in the U.S. I think her story has something to teach everyone (especially if you are in the Peace Corps or are an applicant), and I urge everyone to read what she has to say and share it with their friends and family. I listened to her talk tonight...she is smart, funny, and a very brave person for being so open about what has happened to her.
Also, protect yourself and those you love - get tested and know your status! :)
