I have been carrying my phone around with me like a crazy person for the last two months, hoping for an email or phone call from my placement specialist. Well, today was the one day that I almost left my phone at home when I left for school...I realized it at the last minute, and went running inside to find it. Well, when I found it, I had an email from Placement!! I was unbelievably excited/happy...totally counter-balanced the horrific population ecology exam I had this morning (but that's another story).
Anyways, my Placement Specialist asked me a few general questions (if my availability is the same, any changes to legal/medical stuff, etc) and then a few questions about what I expect from my service (which is what I assume is my final interview?). She also asked if I wanted to stick with Enviro Ed and possibly leave later than June, or gain skills in another area, such as Ag...I think I want to stick with Enviro Ed, but I will think about it. I emailed back my answers this afternoon, so now I have to wait and see what happens next. :)
Update: After emailing her back, she responded that she wants to set up a time to talk on the phone - so Friday I'll have a phone interview! So nervous and so. freaking. excited.
