After I returned my PO's email the other day, she scheduled a phone interview for this afternoon. It was nice to be able to talk to someone in person, and the "interview" only lasted a half hour. She asked me many of the same questions that were in the email, and then had me elaborate about some past events in my life and how things have changed/I've learned/grown from them. She really wants to place in French-speaking Africa (because of the French I took in high school), and I told her I would prefer to stay with Environmental Education than try and switch to Ag...hopefully I'll hear within a couple weeks whether I will be invited for either a group leaving in late June (my nomination) or in July. I could have an invite by the end of the month! I'm totally on cloud 9 right now. I'm very happy to know that there aren't any more steps I have to go through - it's time to sit and wait and enjoy the moment. :)
Update: And the next morning, I got that wonderful email (at 5am) saying my Toolkit has been updated. Hurray!
